Absolutely do love this format, however the length was a bit long. I had no problem staying engaged for the first 30 minutes but after that, I admit, I wandered a bit. The different adventures are what keeps things interesting. I know I can count on you for some great milking, cheese and butter making videos and they never get old but throwing in some adventures like you do is perfect. Everything you do continues to reinforce the homestead values you have – you may not do it on purpose but it comes through clearly in the videos.
Yes you are putting way more dry ingredients in your food processor than they are made to take. My mom had a bakery and used 2 commercial strength food processors (bigger motor and less frills) to make her cake icing and even that was a bit of a strain. I was the one that got to fix her food processors when they broke.
Wonder if you knew about the tortillas Costco sells (at least here in Austin) called Zero Net Carb tortillas by
La Tortilla Factory. 60 calories and lots of fiber but they feel taste and act just like the very best flour tortillas you can buy. I love 'em!
    Thanks again for sharing!

MY food processor is amazing for turning my cream into butter
    6 seconds flat

For making the eggs easier, bake them in jellyroll pan & cut with knife for squares, or wide mouth canning ring for round. The extras can be thrown into burritos
