    Hi Lisa,
I watched this when you first posted it. Watching again as it turned up on my autoplay. I nearly turned it off as I've watched it before, but left it on incase I learned something I hadn't noticed before. AND IM SO GLAD I DID! Your tip about how to freeze in glass jars to save them from breaking is so helpful! Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’m new to your channel & am loving it! Meal prep the way you are doing it (healthy & fresh) is exactly what I need! I have chronic pain following a work injury & there are many nights I just can’t stand & make a good dinner. Doing this will mean we still can have healthy meals!
Also, my oldest daughter is pregnant, so this will be helpful for her too! I can make these meals, keep some & share some with her so she & her husband don’t have to do much to have a yummy, healthy meal!
Thanks so much for doing all of the work (& sharing it) so the rest of us can also benefit!

Love these ideas I'm about to have my 4th and finishing nursing school same week as my due date. I plan to use this spring break to prep some of these for my family. ❤ Thank you!

You have so much energy and are so productive, and you are pregnant. I get tired cooking one dinner for 3 kids. Hats off to you cooking for 7 soon to be 8. U don’t find many large families like that anymore. Did u grow up in a large family and what made u decide to have a large family when everyone is downsizing their family size. People wonder why I didn’t stop after 2 kids. Boy and girl. I like a big family but could not handle more than 3 kids.

Just found your blog & saw this. I use my instant pot to pre-cook hamburger as well as bulk sausage. Once it’s cooked then I shred it apart. When I cook it, I put it on a rack and the grease cooks down into the water in the instant pot. I lift out of the liquid & the meat isn’t real greasy. I’ve pre-cooked sausage this way for a breakfast casserole and done the hamburger the same way for lasagna & spaghetti. A great timesaver & healthier w/o all the grease!

I did actually went the rabbit hole watching one of your video after other. Specific time from 9 to 1 because it’s been long haven’t got chance to watch them and happy I did that. I can’t over the idea how you manage everything with so young kids. Please share some parenting advice on your video just about how you watch all the kids while cooking, cleaning and what’s your morning to night routine with them. That would really help as we are planning to expand our little family of 3 👨‍👩‍👦 so I can be efficient and productive momma like you.😊 you have such a beautiful family. Thanks a ton and God bless you all. 🙏🏼❤️

Such a great idea! Def taking notes 📝

One thing I find annoying when ever I have to write on the bags is that it’s not a stable or temp of food messes w the sharpie, therefore I write before I put the food inside and let the ink dry for a few sec, also zoodles you can jst sprinkle a tea spoon of flour to your cheese and it won’t stick
And you may find a wooden tortilla press super helpful, it’s how I roll w mine, def going to try w sourdough

I’m new to your channel .. I kinda fell upon it cause you where actually using pots and pans and your kitchen .. whole food and feeding your family .. things that very few families do anymore ..& children don’t wanna eat unless it’s in plastic.. it’s horrible.. I raised four daughters on my own and cooked almost every meal.. I will watch a few more.. I wish I knew your family and names.. in time❤️

So amazing watching you do these huge batches of different meals and also food prep 🙂 I'm also a lover of cooking, meal prepping and eating healthy and I'm so happy I came across your channel. We have two boys under the age of 10 in the house and that creates challenges for eating one meal. Your videos are really inspirational in terms of cooking for a family of different ages, even with a baby strapped to your chest. Thank you so much for sharing this and I just think you're amazing and you rock 🙂

I loved watching this. I would do the same every sunday when I was a working mum. I'd cook and bake for the whole week. I dont have a big enough freezer now but I did love the feeling of accomplishment knowing meals were prepared. It took the pressure off a lot.
