Love this . I use to meal prep . I now only eat two meals a day lunch then dinner within a 8 hour period and fast the rest of day. This helps me lose weight .
I eat the same breakfast but I change up the fruits! I love blueberries and cherries (fresh or canned) and I recently tried sugar free apple pie filling for a change. So good!
Absolutely great video! I’ve been teetering on going back to full on vegan but I’m just having a hard time switching off the need for cheese lol I can’t find a vegan cheese that I can tolerate but loving this meal plan it is absolutely amazing
