Ingredients: • 4 whole sweet potato • Olive oil • Sea salt • Cinnamon • Garlic powder • 24 oz Baby bella mushrooms • 6 Green bell peppers • Baby spinach • 2.5 lb 93/7 Ground turkey • Kinders Garlic & Herb seasoning • Turmeric • 1 can Dakotas Mild Chili beans • 1 can Black beans • 2 lb bag Asparagus • Lemon pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Wash and cut sweet potato into medium-sized bites. Place in a large mixing bowl, toss with olive oil, sea salt, cinnamon to taste. Mix well. 3. Spread sweet potatoes on a baking pan generously coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 mins. 4. Thinly slice the mushrooms and green bell peppers. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and generously coat with olive oil. Add green bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. Cook for several minutes until the spinach wilts slightly. 6. Add ground turkey to skillet and season with Kinders Garlic & Herb seasoning and turmeric. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. 7. Pour cans of chili beans and black beans into the skillet with the turkey mixture. Stir well and continue cooking until heated through. 8. Coat separate skillet with olive oil and add asparagus. Season with lemon pepper and garlic powder or garlic salt. 9. Cook the asparagus over medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
thank you for all your recipes, they helped me a lot in my diet.. but why do you put the food in disposable plastic containers? why don't you buy normal food boxes? it's good to think about your health, exercise, etc., but everyone should also consider ecology as a very important thing. Because these single-use plastics are completely useless and only harm our planet… 😏
