    Excellent video! To add extra protein and creaminess to my overnite oats I add FF yogurt (I also add it to my scrambled eggs and they come out delicious!). I slice up fresh banana and use real peanut butter also as my preference is real food rather than protein powders/overly processed foods…. also use real cheese just less of it….a few grates of parm or some swiss so yummy! My peppers I go even further than yours and use my air fryer….for about 30 or 40 minutes they get really tasty and blackened…. my favorite! Thank you for a great show! You are so organized and meticulous and that's something I so admire!
