It may be helpful to test for allergens. Many foods are in families so by learning what items are problems you can usually see which families they belong too. For instance, kiwis are in the same family as elm trees, reactive to both. Rhubarb is in the same family as mesquite and burdock, melons and ragweed, peppers and mug wort, gin and juniper bush just to name a few. They all came up as problems for me. Another sweetener option might be date syrup or date sugar. We’ve only tried the syrup in oatmeal so far.
