    Hi Lisa,
Hi Lisa,I am so excited that I found your page! My question is could I substitute chicken for the pork in the Winter prep recipes? My husband refuses to eat pork. πŸ™

Once I lived for a year off of low budget pizza untill I got sick. Now I handle cooking like alchemy, If you know the ingredients and how to process and combine one can make incredibly satisfying adventures. Besides your sympathy you're helping a lot to inspire to use new ingredients.

Wonderful video – inspiring recipes to get me out of my food cooking slump – but I noticed no grains – rice, etc. Just wondering why…would also like to hear about the health benefits of the foods & spices (like the kombu) ….thank you for your hard work?

Gosh, I am loving your videos this week! Thanks for so much inspiration and reminding me to prep my veggies as soon as I bring them home so they don't go to waste. I'd love to see vegetarian &/ vegan options right after any meat suggestions. Today I made vegan pulled "pork" with canned jackfruit and couldn't believe how easy it was. My puppy also appreciates roasted beets and sweet potato. πŸ™‚

Who the heck has all this time,as well as money to do all of this in these times ,really. You are not helping low income or the extinct middle class. This is only for rich people who can also afford a kitchen like yours!!!

Your content is quality in a sea of healthy (but not so tasty and often complicated!) food prep and recipe YouTube videos'. I love the simplicity and common sense. You have saved my inspiration for healthy cooking and probably my wallet. Thanks so much!
