    I love that you don't use seed oils. I use EVOO right now, but I might have to make the switch to avocado/coconut because I heard that a lot of the olive oil in grocery stores is blended with seed oils 🥴

    I typically can't follow "meal prep" ideas because they are either way to complicated or they are something I would never eat. BUT I've done many of yours and they truly are SO YUMMY!!! And they are so easy to do! Thank you! 🙏 Also your adorable!

    As always thank you for these meal prep videos! I always look forward to your meal prep videos..I make my own meal prep schedule based on all your meal prep videos and it saves me so much stress in trying to figure out what to cook. They are all delicious! I made the soup but used zucchini instead of celery bc I didn't have celery and it was really good! Thank you again and happy New year!
