Love veggie soup! You are doing so great! Love the crust able idea! Reminds me of my sister Sandra who has passed, she loved the crustables! The ones in the store are 7 points. I just checked them out yesterday! ❤️❤️❤️

That soup looks fantastic. I made a huge pot of cabbage soup today and put 3 containers in the fridge after we ate it for our lunch. I can live on soup. I’ve never been able to make pretty uncrustables. I have that PCchopper and wouldn’t want to be without it. So handy. You are really embracing what the dietician told you. So very proud of you.

I made a big pot of veggie soup today. I took half to my daughter and the rest will be for me for the week plus some for the freezer. You are doing great with your preps. I wish I had that much energy today.

Roast your baby carrots then drizzle with Maple/Pancake Syrup or sprinkle with Brown Sugar…sweet like candy…delish!.. I use lite syrup and Truvia brown sugar blend being on WW…

You're doing an amazing job! The soup looks so good! I LOVE a good veggie soup!! I have a recipe that I use regularly (of my own making). I also cook a big pot, keep some in the fridge and also freeze half. I think next time I make it I'll give yours a try!
