When I was 15 I was told my bread would enter the Fall Fair probably would win but I was too humble to enter it LOL. But it was light and when you tapped it it sound hollow..it raised about good 3 in off the top of the bread pan.. I needed it by hand.
My cream puffs were amazing. I would use all organic milk and butter for everything I've baked. My pastry was so light and Flaky I don't know how I became such a good Baker my cousin ate my homemade pie in one setting LOL we had an apple orchard so everything came off of the trees.
My grandfather ate a dozen of my cream puffs and I was sort of mad at Grandpa. So I had to make another batch for the rest of us
My dad told me if you're going to be a baker or cook you always have to clean up after yourself
So that was some rule in the kitchen I could have make as much mess as I wanted but I learn very fast you don't want to do that.

What a wonderful meal prep, I am so glad I found this channel! I've made the ingredients yesterday and had pancakes for breakfast and the macro bowl for lunch. It was absolutely delicious and keeps me full! I also love how quickly I can prepare healthy food now, as usually it would take me at least 30 minutes to prepare a healthy meal that would actually taste good!
    Thank you so much!!

I truly enjoy watching your videos, but I have to ask a simple question. How does 1 person eat all this food for a week, especially if one is on either a calorie-restricted or calorie-limited diet? I ask this because while all that you've made is all-natural and health and kosher (aside from the bacon), I personally couldn't eat all of this food in a week and I certainly could see where even with my best care unless much of the food is frozen part of it could spoil over the course of a week. Aside from this, on a personal note to you, you must have either a very fast metabolism or you have a great ability to consume all this food without gaining much weight. I'd certainly gain the weight if I wasn't careful. Bon appetite.

My major question after watching all your meal prep videos: How do you decide what ingredients to prep? Do you have certain building blocks in mind that you have to have? Could you do a video about your thought process?? πŸ˜€
