Hi Kristi, I love your videos! I have a question, the reusable bags you are using for your meal kits do you use a erasable marker foe those or do they come with one? Do you have a link to the ones you use? Thanks

Just had the Apple pie overnight oats 🥰. I like protein in my breakfast, so I added 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder to it and yum! So good and didn’t change the points! Having the sloppy joe for lunch today! Love your videos! I lost 4lbs last week after meal prepping with you!!

Thanks Kristi, everything looks delicious. I usually take my overnight oats out of the fridge when I get up and then I walk and by the time I get back they are room temperature. The apples look delicious. I might make them and just put them on top of my cooked oatmeal. That Rediwhip is going to be dissolved by the time your husband eats his oats, haha. He'll have to add more.

I found out from Rachel ray that trick to tomato paste is put it in 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon scoops put it on a cookie sheet that’s lined with parchment paper and freeze it when it’s frozen take them out put them in the bag that’s appropriately labeled and put it in your freezer then when you need a tablespoon or teaspoon of tomato paste just let it thaw out it doesn’t take long at all but in a cup let it all out there it is or just toss it right up that way then you won’t waste those cans some people just put it into ice cube trays and freeze it that wayI don’t remember what size an ice cube tray is in the way of tablespoon teaspoon deal so I just started doing it this way that way when it calls for 2 tablespoons or 2 teaspoons I already have it it’s frozen I didn’t waste it and the trick to get it out of the can if you open the bottom and the top take the lid off of one and and then take the other lead and push it through the can it will scrape the Cannes entirely clean

Well I have done your oatmeal bake with the apples and cinnamon that was really good I had that for a week I’ve done the egg bites for a week and then I got Covid and slacked off I just finally after two months got rid of the stupid Covid cough that kept lingering around and now I have to get my butt back in gear and start making stuff again but sometimes you make stuff and then you look at it and it’s like I don’t really want that why did I make this and into the freezer it goes up

I have a 10 days to 14 day grocery list and dinner meal plan. I only meal prep Breana’s breakfast and Our dinners are always enough for 3-4 servings. The times that there is only enough leftovers for one lunch then I fix a salad or a sandwich, depending on who is eating the left over dinner! Breana wants overnight oats next week, so 3 will be cinnamon peaches and pears and 3 will be PB2 and choc zero peanut butter chips. Too many dinners to list, but one is caramelized onions and Brie stuffed chicken. Each night is a different theme or region at my house that way I can keep it interesting.

Oooooh dear Heavenly Father!!!! Those meals look sooooo good!! I’m supposed to be asleep but had to watch all of your video. Now I want to get up and go cook lol. To me, meal prep is however you pre-make & plate your food for the night or week. I meal prep dinners but do my breakfasts nightly after I get home from work. Thanks so much for the video! Can’t wait to try them both 🤗🤗! Have a fabulous weekend 💕
