I have a question. When I make a soup or chili I add items then when done I have no idea how many cups there is. Is there a way to figure it out without putting it into a measuring cup?

Have you tried the pancake recipe without eggs? Usually applesauce replaces eggs so I probably wouldn’t put in both!

Tonight for dinner, I had breakfast for dinner and made your blueberry pancake bake (which I absolutely love!). And for lunch prep last week, I made your chili! I only cook for one so I have quite a bit in the freezer! I took 6 cups of your chili and put it in a 9X13 casserole dish and made a cornbread to put on top. Baked it, cut it into 6 servings and took it for lunch all week! Such a great 6 point lunch for me! 3 for the chili & 3 for the cornbread! So satisfying! And warming! It is super cold here! 27 degrees right now! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
