It's funny, I didn't realize anything was odd about your list making and it didn't even dawn on me others would think the same thing as this is how my husband and I make our lists. It's easier to get everything you need from one aisle than having to run all over the store back and forth going down a list. My brother saw our grocery list on the fridge once and said it looked like a psychopath made the list with small clusters of items here and there. LOL

Hi! Such great inspiration thank you. New to your channel and I'm enjoying it thoroughly! Not sure if you're gluten free by choice or necessity? If necessity then try Black Cumin seed oil. I was suffering with gluten sensitivity and was told by my naturopath to take 1/8 tsp of the oil a day while remaining gluten free. I did this for 6 months. After 6 months I reintroduced gluten slowly. Amazing! No stomach pain/issues and no body pain and stiffness! I still take the oil daily and eat gluten freely now. Hope this helps! God bless!!

I got a great tip from a UK group I am part of. When making tomato soup, adding canned white beans and canned carrots to provide additional vegetables and protein and it really doesn't change the taste of the soup any, just puree it all together… it's still just tomato soup.

Another fantastic video Miranda and a great list. I write it first down on paper then type it into the shopping list app I have on my phone. I usually always buy store's brand instead of the big brand names because brands are expensive and I can't afford to buy brands. A lot of good whole plant foods ๐Ÿ˜‹ and love ๐Ÿฅฐ the video and love ๐Ÿ’•โคMiranda & Joe.

I bought Better than Bullion when my daughter was diagnosed with Celiacs but imitation vanilla is not gluten free because it has Carmel coloring which is often made with wheat. These look good.

As always, everything looks amazing and I'm so inspired to try your recipes! I love the idea of the salad dressing, one suggestion though is to try swapping agave syrup for the maple syrup, although it is more instensely sweet so probably cut back the amount a little bit, but I've found agave also makes a really good mock honey mustard style dressing. I'm definitely going to try it out with the jalapeno mustard, yum! ๐Ÿคฉ
