I like Gorditas. I like Gorditas from Taco Bell too. Think I had some at a Mexican restaurant as well, haven't been there for so long. Wanted ta share with you I think I accidently made a Nacho Stew, with no meat or lettuce. It was very salty hehe, I didn't understand how much enchilada sauce to put it. I kinda figure things out by trial-&-error.

I've incorporated almost everything I see on this channel into Mexican dishes (and sometimes use ideas for non Mexican cuisine too), but one thing I still have not done by myself is make a dough for tortillas, etc. I've actually never made any kind of dough or anything you would find in a bakery either. But those right with the melted cheese in the middle, might finally make me try it! It's just that she makes it looks so easy I know it's going to take me more than a few tries, and then I'll obsess over it. I suppose I have to start somewhere though.
