Always such a delightful, wonderful time 🙂 Maiya from Sweden here ^^ love hanging out doing my own cooking while watching/listening 🙂 thank you soooo much <3
Ive used jf from a can & it was pretty good. I have some in a sealed package I had ordered from Amazon which looks like chunks of beef. Have you ever seen anything like that? It intimates me bc it looks different & everyone uses from a can. Any ideas? Thank you
To slowly acclimate into a sos free diet, I dilute store bought sauce with less salty/ surgery food. Like for bbq sauce , I would add tomato paste and balsamic vinegar and liquid smoke into the store sauce so it’s a little less terrible for me, or with store bought hummus I’ll add a can of chickpeas and some lemon and balsamic vinegar and blend. Or on a sandwich, I’ll have a small amount of store vegan meats and mix it with slices of cooked tofu on a sandwich. Slowly you get used to less intense flavor until you prefer the plainer flavors over all the intensity of the high salt, sugar, oil diet. I also slowly get into the pool instead of diving in. That’s just me
Thank you so much for your wonderfully filmed cooking demos. I love the lighting and various camera views, especially the overhead. This video is so, so helpful to me! You walked me through the jackfruit shredding, which has been something that has made me reluctant to try jackfruit recipes. Also, I'm going to try freezing mushrooms, as you suggest. I LOVE your channel so much!
