Mayak Eggs Ingredients

6 eggs, room temperature
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup rice syrup, corn syrup, sugar or honey
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
1 green chili, chopped (optional)
1 red chili, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds

    I have a question, I’m barely about to sit down and eat this after a week of marinating it and it smells a little.. bad? Is that normal?
    I just don’t wanna eat it and get food poisoning because I marinated it too long xD
