We have the same number of freezers. Mine are stuffed also. Had pork chop apple bake last night. Having Spaghetti with Italian sausage tonight. Dairy, bread and produce are the only sections I need to go to at the store.

Thank you for this-I’ve followed you since college. With this year marking well over a decade. Question, would you consider sharing a tech tour? I’m curious as someone who works from home (legal field, influencing, etc.) but looking for other ladies that are making the most of their tech space in smaller homes, like me. Thank you for all you do.

Hi Linda. I buy weight watchers and lean cuisine meals too. But I also made some of my own- very, very plain so that I can add whatever flavours I want when I take them out and eat them. I cooked rice, and chicken, cooled them and added frozen veggies to each one. I weighed each portion out. I know exactly how many calories are in each bag, and it’s saving me some money. These homemade freezer meals have helped me lose 27.7 lbs (so far) since January 30 ☺️

Hello Linda, I pulled out difficult kind of beef and made a meal I added small roast and odds and end of beef meat I had in freezer cooked it in the crockpot I added jar zucchini’s and corn and mixed bell peppers and beef broth. It came out delicious. I had alot of meat still leftover and pressure canned for later.
    Thank you, Linda

Took out a pkg of turkey wing flats (I didn't know I had them). Turkey dinner is on the menu today, turkey & gravy on toast, turkey sandwich. Then I'll take out another meat package for the remainder of the week. I buy too much.

When you freeze your rice, is it fully cooked or just partial? That is a great idea! Also, I am now doing the no-buy meat challenge. We decided to do 3 months. Lol, time to use all the meat in my freezer! Lol, By the way, we have two big freezers. It will be a lot of meal planning. 🤦‍♀

I enjoy seeing how you girls use what is in your freezer. It was “kind of funny” because the week you decided to clean out your freezer I did also. I’m pulling some things out today.

Hello Linda. Hope you had a blessed Mother's Day! I need to do this challenge, my freezers are full with no room to spare at all. Also hoping by not buying any meat for at least 4-5 months I maybe can save to buy half a cow and possibly a pig as well.

I’m working on rotating through our freezers too. We have two refrigerator freezers and one upright freezer. Thanks for starting this challenge. 🤗

Will definitely tune in for your clam digging show. I live outside of Seattle and at least twice a year my family would travel to Ocean Shores or Long Beach when the minus tides were at their lowest. Back in the 60's there were no limits so I remember tons of clams being cleaned and ready to take home. Mom made the best fried clams and her clam chowder was just to die for. Also curious if you are friends with Acre's homestead channel. She lives not far from you and I bet you two would become great friends. She does alot of the same things you share.
