Those grilled chicken strips aren’t my favorite…. they taste pretty smoky/burnt. I think I the chicken skewers they have there are a lot better. Just my opinion. They’re pretty clean too

At 79, I see all the errors of my ways in letting everyone have their way. What about me? The order taker has been placed on the back burner for decades now. I’m surprised you didn’t pick up the frozen bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños, 1 carb each. For quick lazy day meal I’ll eat the bacon wrapped stuffed chicken from freezer section. And the rotisserie chickens are $4.99.

Read that chicken package again….the last ingredient says natural ingredients. We all know that is the term for junk. I find it easiest to throw the chicken on the grill, then cut it up and freeze it. Also all cocktail sauce is loaded with high fructose corn syrup. I know you are being super careful so I wanted to bring this to your attention.

I love avocado oil for making my own salad dressings and I also use it as my fat when I drink keto chow.
Since I live in Walmart’s home state, we don’t have a Costco in it! I miss it. I’ve been a member of Sam’s Club for almost 20 years now & they don’t carry a lot of Keto friendly foods that I can eat.
I thought I was the only one with the pickles and the container. I buggered the container up so bad trying to open it. A mess!!!!!!
