add worstershire sauce instead! Equal parts flour to butter. You need to bring to a full boil in order for it to get it's thickening power!

I normally use heavy cream in my potatoes and I see you put that in the written recipe. Looks delicious! Thank You! I’ve never used kitchen bouquet and will definitely try it next time. I also let my flour brown and when the gravy is up to temp. I’ll add a Tbsp of heavy cream.
For the gravy.. I would suggest to add more chicken broth than beef broth. In my opinion it tastes better but is honestly up to you guys ❤️

What to do if we dont have browning sauce?
That stovetop can use a can of Easy-Off. A Brillo pad is needed for those pans.
