I finally tried Spudfit’s Mashed Chips…GAME CHANGER!! I’m eating ONLY POTATOES for January with SpudFit Andrew Taylor, his wife and fellow Spuddies!

    Do you leave the top off of the container of potatoes on purpose. I usually close mine, but I think they would take less time to airfry/bake if there was less moisture in them.

    When I was a kid, my mom would make extra mashed potatoes (not vegan) at night, and fry (in oil) some mashed potato patties the next morning for breakfast, so I'm into the crispy mashed potatoes for breakfast. Now I like the vegan ones better.

    Yummy I am going to try them toooo … your so fun thank you for helping me gat back on track … down 4 pounds in 4 days … my doctor is threatening to put me on diabetic medication and cholesterol I have to get at least 10 pounds off before I see her again which is on the 31st I know I can do it with your help …. if you can do this Janine I can do it too by the way it’s me Beth lol I’ve been a very bad girl gained about 20 pounds went off my plant-based way of living for a while that’s the worst thing I could’ve done but thank you so much for these videos once again you are brilliant

    I just have to share my recipe idea. Yesterday, since you were awol, I experimented with my potatoes. I largely diced up my cooked/cooled potatoes, and then before I added my seasonings, I coated them with apple cider vinegar, added seasonings, and then put in the air fryer. It made the house stink, but it tasted so good. I have used used lemon. Next time I'm going to try balsamic vinegar, and maybe even a watered down mustard.
