    I was very interested to here about your Mum, we’re the same age, and her results were amazing. I didn’t weigh myself but my clothes don’t feel any different 🤣😂.

    I chose sweet potatoes, I’m addicted to them 🤫🤫. Do you eat mostly white potatoes??

    Great video Meg and it's great to hear about your mum's experience on a plant based diet using the Mary's Mini challenge and hopefully she continues on a vegan whole plant foods diet ( even though I heard you mention that she's vegan which is great to hear) and it would be great to hear about her story/experience in a video and it’s great that you're mum has your support & encouragement.     Congratulations to you and your Mom for completing the Mary's Mini. I would definitely like to hear from your Mom about her experience. As a more mature woman (young 73) I would like to hear from your Mom. How she got started and how she lost 50 lbs and now another 8.5. I too have struggled with weight since my mid 40s when I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and then going through menopause. I have tried Weight Watchers, Atkins and keto but being vegetarian I wasn't thrilled with Atkins or Keto. I did have some success with WW but always gained it back once I got tired of counting points. You have been such an inspiration to me with your positive attitude and your delicious recipes. I love your channel and listening to The Exam Room Live also. Such motivation. So thanks again and btw Stash has some awesome Fall and Christmas teas. I especially like the Holiday Chai and Christmas Morning (a blend black teas with jasmine green tea). Sadly they are seasonal so buy a few if you try it and like it. Bye for now.
