I love making chicken & dumplings but my recipe is so time consuming. I decided to do the shortcut method by purchasing a rotisserie chicken and the Mary B's Open Kettle Dumplings. I have my chicken and stock prepared and will add my dumplings this evening. I did a search for recipes on using this specific dumpling product. I must say: Your voice is so soft and gentle that the viewing audience feels like they are in your home visiting with you while you cook! I love the way your finished dish looked. I do wish I was with you and enjoying some those delicious dumplings! Well, wish me luck! Growing up my daddy couldn't stand the dough ball dumplings but he once said he thought he would like the ones that Cracker Barrel makes. Who doesn't love those! So I'm having my daddy over for dinner this evening and I am going to introduce him to my chicken and dumplings. Thank you Miss Dee Dee for sharing such a well prepared tutorial!
