As we begin to jump into the holiday season, I am very excited to begin sharing some of my favorite vegan and whole food plant based holiday recipes!
The sweet potatoes with white potatoes were delicious together. I added nutritional yeast from Jonathan's suggestion below. Then put in oven to warm a bit. Very tasty!
what brand of french bread do you buy?
Just thinking here: How about placing all the mash in a large pastry bag w/ a cool tip & squeeze out on the plate. Could be really pretty.
