    thank you for posting this. i tried it and it is delish but i have one question i hope you will answer. is it supposed to have the texture of having grainy cornmeal in it? irememer you saying a grainy texture was important and don't mind that texture but mine turned out pretty grainy like raw cornmeal. i want to get is as close to the way it should be. i had to use store bought paneer. i will be making my own from now on because yours looked so much creamier than store bought. thanks again. im going to watch your matar paneer next!

    Hi , I just tried making it today. It tasted nice but the only thing is it didnt turn out to be a barfi.It remained still semi solid even after 4 hrs of cooling.  I took it off from heat exactly 10 mins. Had i kept it for another 2 more mins,It would have come the same as in shruthi's video.
