It is very nice and delicious thanks for you 👌 👌 👏 👏 👍 👍
also i couldn't quite get it to set…any tips?
thank you for posting this. i tried it and it is delish but i have one question i hope you will answer. is it supposed to have the texture of having grainy cornmeal in it? irememer you saying a grainy texture was important and don't mind that texture but mine turned out pretty grainy like raw cornmeal. i want to get is as close to the way it should be. i had to use store bought paneer. i will be making my own from now on because yours looked so much creamier than store bought. thanks again. im going to watch your matar paneer next!
you look beautiful ,and the food looks delicious !
Hi , I just tried making it today. It tasted nice but the only thing is it didnt turn out to be a barfi. It remained still semi solid even after 4 hrs of cooling. I took it off from heat exactly 10 mins. Had i kept it for another 2 more mins,It would have come the same as in shruthi's video.
Btw does it have to be Indian Cottage cheese?
Wow, yummie recipe. Can't wait to make this. It's sooooo easy to make. Thanks for making this tutorial.
I just attempted to do this but my paneer was to chunky and the final product was smaller then hers and not bright yellow.
Good morning. Where can I find Indian Cottage Cheese or what do you suggest for substitute?
Essential mommy.

Hi Shruthi, what is the red colour cloth on ur kitchen platform?
+ archana deshmukh Yes, use sugar for sweetness and cook longer (15 – 20 mins)
Can we use evaporated milk instead of sweetend condensed milk..
+ asianlite6 This was shot a while ago.. I used fresh Mangoes when they are in season 🙂 Thanks for the compliments too!
+ faraz adil Happy Cooking!
+ archana deshmukh Yes, you simply get the Plain Kalakand. I suggest you adding some cardamom powder at the end of cooking process for some flavor.
+ Mamillapalli Kranthi Use any of your favorite sesonal fruit or simply use the canned mango pulp if you want to make the Mango Kalakand 🙂
