I have found my favorite at home crunchwraps are fajita crunchwraps.
Bottom layer:
– choice of meat
– spanish rice
– cheese
Top layer:
– fajita veggies
– sour cream
– choice of hot sauce
Works everytime
Now make that for 300 people a day and try not to charge 7x more to break even hehehe, looks good tho !!
