I feel like the But Better series should have always incorporated price or time. If it can’t be done in less time or for at least the same price, it’s not worth the work and often not affordable for most people.

Not commenting on burger king specifically but this series is based on one pillar: get fast food – humilate it while you're on the way – let it sit until it's cold af – compare it to very fresh just-out-of-the-over food.. A very unfair comparison. Yes, fast food restaurants you are trying to emulate are not the best, but they wouldn't be popular around the world for absolutely no reason. Your reasoning behind this series is unfair, you deliberately miss up the food you're trying to compare so that yours come out fantastic – not to say it isn't, but by making the other one look so terrible you are increasing the chances of your food to be better. A fair comparison is to (theoritically) compare the food out of the oven from the restaurant just as you get your food out of yours. That's probably not physically possible, so you might want to try to make both food face the same obstacles, like let someone pick up your food so miserably that it also misses it up just as you do for the fast food restaurants, then compare both of them, that would be fair.
Don't get me wrong Josh, you food looks fantastic, it's just getting boring that you roast your opponent for half of the episode while you are making the odds completely on your side. I have eaten McDonald's tons of times and while they might not be the best burger in the world, they are not certainly as half bad as you pictured them to be in the big macs episode.

When your mouth goes dry just by LOOKING at a chicken sandwich, you know something’s wrong.
On the contrary, getting hungry upon seeing a well made piece of art (sandwich, duh), y’just can’t argue that it’s been done impossibly well.

Just wondering, what's the purpose of the nutritional yeast in the chicken patty? Planning to make this weekend but I don't have that in the pantry, does it make a lot of difference without?
