Hello Pranesh and sweet Mama! 🙏 I think advantage of homemade KFC it`s less expensive, and you can use higher quality ingredients in your home kitchen. But, mostly, we wanted to see if the rumors spilling the beans on the secret blend of 11 herbs and spices were true. In the end, it was easier than we thought to make fried chicken that tasted as good (if not better) than what you'll find at KFC.The buttermilk has the added benefit of tenderizing the meat.The very best part of eating this chicken is that you made it yourself.
