What if I made queso fresco first and put in 1/2 cup of lime juice?
The peices were so small that it just stayed with the water after trying to strain it
So that really is it? Just boil the whey until it gets to 212F, toss in a cup of vinegar and drain it?
Can I use some fresh mozzarella whey? I just made my first ever lump of it!
