I know this is a stupid question but I have to ask … When you say to let the potatoes cook for 10 minutes or let the tomatoes cook for 5 minutes do stir the curry a few times or do you wait the stipulated time and then open the pot lid? I have tried leaving a curry for like 2mins and it burns on my induction stove 🙈🤪
