First I want to say Yay to the J names (Joanna here. Duh. LOL!) Second, a big Yes to a bone broth video (did you make one already? I’m a bit late to the party) This whole video is awesome! I enjoyed it immensely. These babies are too cute! 🐣πŸ₯ I love all the β€œmake it yourself” videos you do. And I also love any of the videos of you fixing or installing things Joe. You could have your own segment and call it β€œIt’s so easy even Joe can install it!” πŸ˜‚

Watch Chud's BBQ on YouTube to be entertained while learning pretty much everything you need to know about making smoked sausages (& all other things BBQ).
He has a Hot Dog video.

Bradley's local to me, & I found him when I started making sausage. My freezer is full of delicious homemade smoked sausages thanks to his channel.
*He occasionally uses milk powder as a binder. I substitute Mustard Powder alone or mixed with Heavy Cream Powder (had it on hand) for the Milk Powder, using the ratio found in his "Basic Smoked Sausage" recipe.

I just made a batch of this yogurt, used 2% Organic milk from Aldi's, 2 tbsp of 5% Fage, no HWC, got 5 – 4.6oz servings, and cannot figure out how to get that low carb per serving. I have your figures per cup of whey (we got 5 cups). Pease help! Yes I would love to see your bone broth videos and the sausage videos, but then again I love all of your videos!!

I will take a video on you making anything. I love the way Rachel loves her chicks. We used to have backyard chickens and when they were babies, it was coffee in the morning with the chicks. Great way to start the day!!

Chicken math…it's a thing. My first chickens I owned were picked based on being friendly and good egg layers and then the more I got I went for cuteness which I realize now was a mistake. Golden Comets are amazing layers. One of the only breeds I have owned that laid all year here in PA. Last year I had 8 hens and didn't get one egg from October-March. This year I have 15 hens and I'm lucky to get 4 a day …smh. In their defense, some just started laying.

I made chicken bone broth egg drop soup yesterday ! Substitute butter for the corn starch water mixture to thicken it ! Used 8 Oz broth to two tablespoons (give or take) butter and two eggs ( should have used three) and it was so simple and so good and good for you too !
