    Another great video. Weighing yourself is just a tool to keep u on track or to get u back on track. Even though I’ve been at my goal weight I still managed to gain 2 lbs by snacking from being home. It was all Keto friendly items but just a little too much of them…which is very easy to do. Since I am in the same age category as u guys I can so relate and enjoy watching u guys so much. I also do all the cooking and my husband does the clean up… haha 🥰

    I've gained 2.5 pounds since being laid off. I just get so hungry sitting around all day, nothing to do but try new recipes. And mostly my new recipes are for dips and snacks and baked goods. I downloaded carb manager so I'm tracking and measuring everything now. It sucks, but I'm not going to lose progress. Sounds like it's about the same for you guys. In other news, it's five dollar Friday at smoothie King. 32 oz keto champs for everyone!
