Red lentil curry is my favourite thing to make in my IP. Also agree with the other persons comment about cooking beans with salt.. makes them tough. Veg chilli looks amazing that’s my 2nd favourite thing to make in mine. 💕

I have a Ninja Foodi and love it. I made chili in it the other day. I’ve found that you need to add extra water or whatever liquid you use, even if the recipe is a pressure cooker recipe, if it calls for less than 2 cups of liquid it won’t be enough. So I sautée everything with a little olive oil then shut off the sautee function and pour in my water. Then I add my diced tomatoes, beans, etc. The directions for mine say not to mix though. If I use canned beans I add them after everything else is done. Then put the lid back on for a few minutes while it’s on the warm function. I hope that makes sense lol.

Im so glad u dint get a burn notice.Your suppose to always deglaze the pot first after you saute something .actually the more beans the longer cooking time in the instant pot.looks good ,but we like meat in ours.luv beans and chilli in the instant pot.

❤🎁🎄The "Crack Chicken" is absolutely the best thing I have ever made in the Instant Pot. (if you decide to have chicken some time.) Cornbread is the best to pair with chili. Throw some extra sharp shredded chz in there. Love ya! 😉
