I’m starting out, on my 1st year business plan.
Branding, networking. Been after it since 2015, took a leap of faith. Finally took that leap, only regret I wish I did it early in life. Great insight of your business, good job

I fukkin love this guy! You go Steve! Ive been homebrewing for 30+ years too, and I don't get the hazy crazy. The lazy crazy also baffles me; yet another sign of the Pussification of America – the movie Idiocracy seems less far fetched every year!

It's refreshing to see someone else who likes "finished" beers. 30 years of brewing and I have yet to brew a hazy (intentionally). Props to Steve for sticking to his guns and brewing "old fashioned" stuff they have experience with. I can relate to the simple recipes too. No turnip & avocado beers in my taps… The number of things people will ruin beer with is astonishing… 😀 Just keep it simple…

Thanks for sharing this Conversation. I just pulled the trigger on a canner from MoreBeer. Soon i will be able to send folks home with a few HomeBrews and not worry about getting my mini kegs back.
