    It is rare to see anyone switching the spot on the towel to clean the rims of the jars. That is how I do it. And my drawer is full the same way but at least I know where to look. I also use my instant pot to make my bone broth but I always run it for 3 hours. I filter it through cheese cloth since the bones break down more. Good stuff.
