if you peel the tomatillos in the sink with water its easier than you dont to rinse them later.

Your carnitas look delicious. I have cooked them many different ways over the years but never with Mexican coke. Have never eaten a bad one living so close to the Mexico border! They all seem to be good. Can't wait to try these the next time I make them. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Ok. Flour Tortillas for tacos is not authentic nor traditional, corn tortillas are used for tacos. Flour Tortillas are for burritos. It makes a difference especially when you say it's authentic, it's not.

Pork lard isn't really easy to find where I'm from. Can I just use vegetable lard instead?
