    I do something like this for myself for brunch. Protein, crackers, cheese, olives, pickles or pickled okra. Specially in the summer time. I don't like it very heavy when it's warm out.

    I do this same thing with deli meats, club Crackers, and oreo snack packs, the great thing is, it's cheaper, and you can add any sides you want to the Crackers for a fun kids lunch

    Looks delicious Ms. Angelica! I have a question though, how do you keep the cucumbers from getting soggy? Every time I try to make these types of lunches for my son, and I use pepinos, they get super soggy and drip into everything else😞

    It would be more heathlful and hydrating if the cucumber got the large section next to the chicken. Then I'd give half the amount of cheese and put some celery or carrots in the other half or maybe pickles or olives in that small square. Then take about 1/3 the amount of crackers you put in the big section in a small section in the upper right corner. that way he'll at least be getting a good amount of water from the cucumbers.
