Yes you have enough garlic for quite a while! Others are suggesting that you put some in ice trays and freeze it. Of course those ice trays can never be used for anything else. 😉 If you normally use a tablespoon at a time, then you could measure out the amount you want, place it on a cookie sheet and place the cookie sheet in the freezer. You might want to put parchment paper first or even wax paper. But after the garlic freezes, place the frozen pieces in a bag and back to the freezer. And if you want different amounts of garlic, you can have one bag for 1 tablespoon, another bag for 1 teaspoon and so forth. But if 1Tlb works for everything, then that's all you need to do. But you might want to layer wax paper between the frozen pieces of garlic to make it easier to get it out.
The breakfast casserole with ham will be good with eggs, potatoes and cheese. And if you make a dinner casserole with ham, this is a good place for vegetables!
And I love the ham bone in dried beans! Makes them so good! ☺️

I have no idea what I'm cooking this week. Yesterday I finished what I cooked last week. I just need to look in the freezer and pantry to see what I can come up with. 😋 Then I need to see how long I can stand. I've had an idea for several weeks but I just need to see if I can get it done. But there are stages of cooking and putting it together so it allows me rest time in between.
And I've been wanting to make a cake. Nothing extravagant but just something simple. I don't have any sweets in the house and just need a little something. ☺️

A word to check your receipt. Walmart shipped my item it didn't have in stock and CHARGED me a SHIPPING FEE because the item was less than $35.00. $5.99 to ship an item that cost $8.98. I'm looking forward to BBQ chicken with grilled zucchini, my favorite dinner. I'll probably add a side, either Cole slaw or cucumber/onion/sour cream salad. <3
Divide some of the garlic into an ice cube tray…freeze it…then put frozen cubes in freezer bags. It will last longer and you can use a small amount at a time.
