Goal Zero Yeti 200X Portable Power Station is a solar system that you can place behind the tree when power is needed to provide safe power to the Christmas tree. The portable unit could be used year around for camping, power failures, or working outside.
Extension cords should never be placed under rugs or walked on because they can cause fires.
I am not affiliated with Yeti, but as an interior designer I have helped families after devastating fires.

I so enjoy watching your channel! You create a sense of beauty and calm even amidst a full family life. You've inspired me to be more intentional about creating beauty and calm in my home. I have 4 children, also homeschool, and love cooking and baking from scratch. I'm not too much into crafts or sewing, but enjoy finding my own ways to create a homey atmosphere.
One question… what tape do you use and does it peel up or damage your paint and varnish?

Completely out of curiosity, how often do you wear baby in the wrap? I always see him in it in videos and ig and I know you mentioned no real safe spot to put him down with the other littles.
    I wore baby occasionally

Merry Christmas to your family. I love what you did with the cottage. I'm taking some of those ideas and plan to use them in my bunk house. Your house looks wonderful and I love seeing that little head pop out every once in a while. Take care and God bless.

IF those are real candles (with open flames) on your staircase (underneath the garland) . . . .
    P L E A S E replace those with the battery-operated fake candles instead, ASAP.
    House fires are tragic 🙁

Please be careful running an extension cord under your rugs. I know a woman who lost her home to a fire from doing that a few years ago. Please know I'm not trying to sound rude, I just really love your family and you have a beautiful home. 🙂

About the possibility of the tree being dishevelled by curious and excited boys – you could try an activity where you make a large paper tree and tape it to the wall and have them colour and decorate cut out paper ornaments to decorate one of those? That's what I would try if they get happily excited to always decorate. My brother liked that activity the one year we did it. Though, try to avoid glitter. We should have got glitter glue. ha!

Looks really cosy, just perfect for Christmas. For the light on the tree I always have ones that run on batteries, makes life so much easier. Also means that when my youngest pushes the tree around nothing breaks😅😅
Wish you a happy Christmas with the lovely Theo😊
