    I've made butter mochi once with just vanilla for flavoring and it was so freaking good 😭💙💙
    I'm gonna have to try making it this way and try a bunch of other Filipino desserts

    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 lb glutinous rice flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    pinch of salt
    13.5 oz can coconut milk
    5 large eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 tbsp pandan extract

    1 cup ube halaya/jam

    bake at 375F/190C for 60 min

    You should tried to make Indonesian mini sticky rice cake filled with brown sugar and coated with grated coconut outside it's called Klepon. It will pop in your mouth when you bite it!
