I would always keep a manual opener in store in case the power goes out, but electric is great, too.

Just buy a good quality manual one that stays sharp and is comfy to hold.

This recipe could just be mixed, then cooked in a casserole dish with the cheese on top in the oven. (Only the onions really need to be cooked and you could microwave them first.)

Hi! I love my manual can opener. It hangs on the wall and folds back out of the way. I found it through an Amish store catalog. It has a crank handle so it is great for arthritic hands! Thanks for posting all the yummy recipes! I use your instant pot book all the time!

I just purchased the freezer meals for a year yesterday and am a bit confused how to view the files. I have downloaded them but am finding it difficult finding them on my phone or chrome book or windows 10. I seems very confusing to me. I'm not sure if I want to print all those pages each month. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong. To be honest I will not be making them as freezer meals I will just be making them as a meal on the spot. Wondering if I can use chicken Thighs instead of breast as my husband likes the flavor better. Love, love, love watching you girls and Mom also. What lovely family Mom!
