    I HATE Chipotle Chilis. It's why I don't eat Tenga. Do you have any ideas on how I can make Tenga but substitute the Chipotle chilis with something anything else? It looks delicious, but it's that smoky taste that I hate. It's crazy because stuff like smoked bbqvi love. But those chilis taste very strong. Almost a fake smoke taste. I just don't like it. MY husband is from Mexico, so we make it alot. I just don't eat it. I cook myself something else. But if I could pull out a couple of the poached breasts & fix differently, I would be very happy. So do you have any ideas?

    I made this tonight and it was delish! Thank you for this recipe. There's a lot of leftovers so I'm going to attempt to make chicken tinga enchiladas in a sourcream sauce ( a dish my husband loves from a local mexican resturaunt)

    This looks like it would be very good but this process is pretty far off from authentic which normally isn’t a big deal but in this case making authentic tinga is very simple and hard to mess up so I highly recommend looking into an authentic guide, it is genuinely one of my favorite foods.
