We used to make this bread during siege of Sarajevo, in 1992. We put small pot in cooker, bit wider and shorter than yours and it looked like mushroom, it grew over the edges

I was looking for bread without crust, just soft all the bread. good idea.
Well it is a sort of bread. lol. It is known as emergency soda bread. Made when people ran out of yeast during rations. It would have turned out better if you had shaped it into a 1.5 inch thick pancake and deeply scored an x across it and then baked in a small bowl or large ramekin on a rack within your cooker. Thanks for an enjoyable video though !

I don't have this machine. Wonder if my old fashioned pressure canner (thanks grandma!) would work. I use it at least 2x a week. Only thing I have replaced is the rubber seal….cheap at the Amish Ace Hardware store in Grabill, IN.
You should put baking powder instead of baking soda
