Looks great, Susan. It has finally cooled down enough for me to turn the oven on. I made my own stuffed pepper recipe which we quite like and today, I get to enjoy the leftovers. I am quite liking the set of silicone freezer molds that I bought this year. I find it very helpful for things like buttermilk, which I use rarely, but freezes nicely in 1/2 cup portions 🙂 hope that all is calm in your neck of the woods
