Hello, we love mac and cheese. We use Follow Your Heart Shredded. It is a vegan cheese but mostly because it is Dairy Free because we have Dairy allergies in our house. Still works really well and melts great. Thank you for sharing and have a great day.

Yes!!!!!! Mac and cheese! I think your cheese choices are perfect- cheddar for the color and tang, and gruyere for the smoothness of flavor and mozzarella for the melting factor. Nice cheese pulls at the end! Made me want to reach through the screen. As always, great job!
