Question. If you use a frozen whole chicken, how would you get the neck and gizzards out? Just wait until it's cooked? Also, what about any possible feather bits still stuck in the skin? I've seen that before on some chickens I've cooked in the past. Would it be best to thaw it first then, to ensure all the feather bits, and gizzards and neck, are all removed? Thanks again.
