Budget meals, Thank you, I really like the idea of making a sauce with the beans and corn such a good foundation. I never would’ve thought of that. I also have a lot of leftover potatoes in the fridge that I need to use so I think I’ll mash them and throw them on top and make it like a shepherds pie. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to try this.
