    Well I hope that maybe monthly you give a quick update on the smoothie protocol. I myself am loving it I don’t like the cost but I’m going to keep it up for as long as possible. I to have lost my cravings for sugar and pretty much everything. I haven’t noticed a change in my pain unfortunately, but my energy levels are up and I’ve lost 4 lbs. I do a lot more raw as well since I’ve started the protocol I haven’t had anything cooked however, I am not going to stop eating cooked foods. I just wanted to give my body a month in and then I’ll start incorporating them again. Today was day 22 for me. The burgers look awesome. And I an so excited about the onion bread. I haven’t been able to find one on line for raw onion bread without oil. I am going to make this right now. Have a wonderful evening Deb 😊
