    Sophia, those layered casseroles are a huge PITA for single people. Such a better idea to just make some single serve takes on them. You should show this on your channel. Do you ever do video workouts?

    I try to eat low carb breakfast, lunch, and most snacks, and then eat whatever I want within reason for dinner. I am able to maintain with that and occasionally lose a pound or 2.

    The keto Inked and bread if you can find it is really good and I think it 1 carb a slice the Sola bread is good too I have found both at Walmart 😊

    I just canceled WW. I was scared but honestly I haven’t been in track and I feel I need to try to change it up some…so I’m going to calorie count and see how I do. But I do need to be more organized and disciplined. Thank you I love carbs so I may try this carb cycling

    I love that your try new things to see what works best for you. Your content is always helpful and entertaining. I get that yucky feeling when eating low carb too, I think my body is real mad and confused at me. And I loved Laguna and the Hills. I love that they are doing a podcast together.

    I’m with ya girl. I love carbs! What has worked for me is I do very low carb all day and save my carb meal for dinner because it just doesn’t few lil dinner without carbs!😍 And it gets me nice and full and sleepy!

    I like making my own cheese crisps by putting shredded parmesan the best but also shredded cheddar cheese on parchment paper and put in microwave until edges are brown then let cool put in storage container they are so addicting lol and love making taco salads so much flavor and satisfying.and for crunch you can put some of the parm chips on it.Totally agree about the feeling you get on low carb for the first couple of weeks especially! But just makes me feel like I need something and have found the cheese crisp help that feeling.
