Oh, thank you for the suggestion on using the PB2! I'm going to try that…I bought a big jar of it when the pandemic started, and I've only used it twice. I have to remember to make some Keto Peanut Butter cookies also. Great work on showing us these 2 different ways to get our Peanut Butter and Chocolate fix! Love ya Wes! Mwah!

Before I went keto, I made PB cups in a mini muffin tin (with paper liners). Put a little chocolate on the bottom, then the PB filling, and top with a little chocolate and chill. I bet you could do the same with either of these recipes.

I make a Chocolate Peanut butter Fat Bomb that's pretty good. I don't follow a recipe, I just eyeball it, but what I do is. I mix some peanut butter with cream cheese and a little coconut oil, I put it into a cupcake liner and pop in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then I mix a whole bunch of cocoa powder, with some confectioners swerve, and mix that with some melted coconut oil. You use a lot about 2 to 3 times more cocoa powder than coconut oil. I then pour that on top of the peanut butter cups. Store in the fridge or freezer. They are real good, and help boost your fat intake. The only downside, is that the chocolate starts melting on your fingers. I partially keep them in the cupcake liner while eating them.

Dear Wesley! If you spray the bottom of your dish prior to putting down the parchment, it will not slide around nearly as much. Someone else taught me this gold nugget – hope it helps you. Also, you can place your silicone molds in the freezer & pull them out just prior to filling. It gives you a good start on building up the sides.
