Just a warning about Xylitol seeing so many animals that died from it. It needs to come with a warning in videos as well. People share their food with animals or they help themselves.

Xylitol does affect your blood sugar. Look at any of the you tubers that have tested it and blood glucose rises just as much as sugar. Swerve or Munk fruit don't cause a raise in glucose or a change in ketone levels. It says, no carb no bake cheese cake, so why are you baking the pie crust???

Greetings from Guatemala Gayle! All your recipes are great, specially desserts 😉. I can’t find here in my country the frozen dessert whip, what can I use instead? Thanks a lot, you are awsome!!!

Hi Gayle. Hope you're doing good 🙂
I'd like to make this with my son who loves Key Lime Pie. How would I make this into a Key Lime Cheesecake? Do I just add lime juice to the mix and if so, how much? Thank You Gayle.

I really like your recipes and videos, I especially like to see you scrape out all your ingredients from measure cups. So many videos just dump, and to me it is such a waste of expensive stuff, it drives me crazy! LOL Thanks for all your hard work on perfecting the recipes for us, I know they are tried and true when I go to make them 🙂

It may not spike most people's blood sugar, but there is some concern that extremely high doses for long periods of time (more than three years) can cause tumors. Xylitol can also cause diarrhea and intestinal gas for many people.
